These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FastestChecker (fastestchecker.com) and all related tools, guides, and services.

1. Contractual Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and FastestChecker ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, scraping, or utilizing any of the web utilities, software calculators, diagnostic endpoints, or educational guides available on FastestChecker, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety, alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

FastestChecker grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to access and utilize our online tools, algorithms, and calculators for personal, educational, scholarly, and commercial development workflows. Under this grant of license, you are expressly permitted to:

  • Integrate generated cryptographic hashes, passwords, Base64 strings, and vector QR codes into commercial products and applications;
  • Utilize network diagnostic tools (DNS, SSL, Redirect Checker) to troubleshoot client or enterprise web properties;
  • Reference FastestChecker mathematical formulas, guides, and reference tables in educational curricula and professional documentation, provided proper attribution is maintained.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

To preserve the operational integrity, availability, and security of FastestChecker for our global developer community, you agree strictly not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  1. Denial of Service & Infrastructure Flooding: Launching automated denial of service (DoS), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), SYN floods, or overwhelming our edge CDN infrastructure with high-concurrency automated scripts;
  2. Malicious Network Probing: Utilizing our DNS lookup, SSL checker, or redirect tracer tools as automated reconnaissance platforms for cyber attacks, port scanning, zero-day exploitation, or vulnerability harvesting against unconsenting third-party hosts;
  3. Aggressive Unthrottled Scraping: Mass-harvesting platform content, executing automated headless scrapers, or bypassing robots.txt directives in violation of platform rate limits;
  4. Security Circumvention: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise security tokens, Google Consent Mode parameters, or ad display gating scripts;
  5. Unlawful Data Processing: Utilizing client-side utilities to obfuscate, encode, or package illegal, malicious, or infringing payloads.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Open Standards

All proprietary code, branding, logos, visual layouts, CSS design tokens, pre-rendered semantic HTML structures, and original authored articles on FastestChecker are the exclusive intellectual property of FastestChecker and Muhammad Asad Arshad, protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade dress statutes.

Open standards implemented by FastestChecker—including IETF RFC specifications (RFC 4648, RFC 8484, RFC 7519, RFC 5280), W3C WebCrypto API methods, ISO/IEC 18004 QR symbologies, and IEEE Std 1003.1 POSIX standards—remain governed by their respective standards bodies. Users retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all content, code, strings, and images generated or transformed using our client-side utilities.

5. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FASTESTCHECKER AND ALL ASSOCIATED TOOLS, CODE, CALCULATORS, ARTICLES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FASTESTCHECKER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR TOOLS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR BULLETPROOF AGAINST NETWORK DISRUPTIONS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FASTESTCHECKER, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, DOWNTIME, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR UTILITIES.

6. Third-Party External Links & Advertising Partners

FastestChecker displays third-party advertisements served via Google AdSense and may provide external hyperlinks to authoritative registries (ICANN, IETF, HMRC, NIST). We do not control, endorse, monitor, or assume legal responsibility for the privacy practices, content, security, or commercial offerings of external third-party domains. Any interaction with external websites is conducted solely at your own risk.

7. Governing Jurisdiction, Severability & Amendments

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the governing commercial jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

FastestChecker reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by the revised "Last updated" timestamp at the top of this document. Continued usage of the platform following modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. API Usage and Automated Query Rate Limits

While FastestChecker provides free, open-access tools for all individual human visitors, our public endpoints and underlying diagnostic APIs are protected by automated defensive rate limiters to preserve service stability:

  • Fair Use Thresholds: Interactive manual usage is unlimited. Automated scripts, continuous polling, and headless web crawlers are restricted to a maximum of 60 requests per minute per IP address.
  • Automated Throttling: Exceeding rate thresholds will result in automated HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) responses and transient IP cooldown blocks.
  • Commercial API Licensing: Entities requiring high-concurrency programmatic access to our DoH resolvers, RDAP parsers, or tax estimation logic should establish a dedicated enterprise agreement by contacting support@fastestchecker.com.

10. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT MATERIALLY AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT:

  1. Initial Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal dispute, you agree to submit a detailed written explanation of your claim to support@fastestchecker.com. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of thirty (30) calendar days to reach an amicable resolution.
  2. Binding Arbitration: If an informal resolution cannot be achieved within thirty days, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FastestChecker shall be settled through binding individual arbitration administered by an established independent arbitration provider.
  3. Class Action Waiver: YOU AND FASTESTCHECKER EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

11. Indemnification Obligations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FastestChecker, its founder, officers, contractors, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

12. Service Availability, Maintenance Windows & Disaster Recovery

FastestChecker is architected as an edge-native, highly available web service deployed across multi-region Anycast cloud nodes. We strive to maintain continuous 99.9% uptime across all public utility endpoints. However, operational conditions may occasionally necessitate scheduled maintenance or trigger unplanned service interruptions:

  • Scheduled Maintenance Windows: Routine infrastructure maintenance, SSL certificate key rotations, and CDN cache purges are scheduled during low-traffic global windows (typically Sundays between 02:00 and 04:00 UTC).
  • Disaster Recovery Architecture: Because FastestChecker utilities execute client-side within user browser memory once static assets are downloaded, local tool functionality remains resilient against transient backend API outages. In the event of primary edge CDN failure, automated DNS failover switches traffic to alternate global edge clusters within 60 seconds.
  • No Uptime Warranty: FastestChecker provides no contractual financial compensation, service credits, or uptime guarantees for service disruptions affecting free public utility endpoints.

13. Force Majeure & Wide-Area Network Interruptions

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing contractual obligations under these Terms of Service where such failure results from events beyond reasonable operational control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme meteorological events, global subsea fiber optic cable cuts, Tier-1 autonomous system routing outages (BGP hijackings or route leaks), widespread internet grid disruptions, governmental embargoes, national telecommunications lockdowns, labor disputes, distributed denial-of-service cyber warfare, or pandemic emergencies.

14. Entire Agreement, Waiver & Statutory Construction

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire, comprehensive agreement between you and FastestChecker with respect to your access and use of the platform, superseding all prior oral, written, or electronic communications, representations, and understandings. The failure of FastestChecker to enforce or exercise any statutory right or provision of these Terms shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
